Shooting
Rich Boadway, with assistance from Ron Mehlhorn and other club members, has organized practical shooting sessions at the indoor range. The training and matches are organized under the rules of IPSC and IDPA, and will be held on the fourth (4th) Saturday morning of each month, starting at 9:00am. Details will be posted here and on the club bulletin board as they become available.

New shooters should arrive early, 9:00 AM for instructions.

If you have not tried Practical Shooting, Don't be shy, this is Safe, Fun, challenging.
And if you carry it is a must!!,
Shooting stages will be a mix of paper & steel targets that will
test your shooting skills
You will learn proper grip (2 handed), stance, recoil control,
target transition, draw-
from holster, reload, and much more.
You will need to bring, Center-fire Gun, 9mm-45 Cal recommended,
holster (on belt on waist) 2-4 magazines, eye & ear protection, 100
rounds of ammo.
I have been on the IPSC shooting circuit, shooting with
some of the best shooters in the world, I have learned a lot and will
be happy to pass it on to all of you.
